Despite choosing his Oath, Father Francisco “Kiko” Perez, S.J., who was a former non-commissioned officer of the U.S. Air Force during the World War II, says his interest in flying never dies.
Father Kiko delights reminiscing the days when, together with the American army pilots, they used to fly over the Sierra Madre mountains. He recalls the moment when they had to pass through the woods and he got inspired with the beauty of nature. That moment, he says he realized his Calling.
“The and there, I told myself ‘I want to serve God after the war is over,'” Father Kiko says.
